50 Job Openings Announced by MTRH; Application Process

The Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital (MTRH) is seeking skilled, flexible, and goal-oriented people to fill fifty (50) employment openings.

The Teaching and Referral Hospital intends to hire nurses for several departments inside the facility, according to a statement released on Tuesday, August 6.

Nurse Officer (5 Posts)

Senior Registered Nurse (10 Posts), Oncology
Senior Registered Nurse (10 Posts), Pediatrics
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Senior Registered Nurse (5 Posts)
Senior Registered Nurse (5 Posts) (Accident and Emergency)
Neonatal Senior Registered Nurse (5 Posts)
Registered Nurse (10 Posts) (KRCHN/KRN)

Minimum Conditions

A minimum of five (5) years of service in the grade of registered nurse, or the equivalent, is required of applicants.

Additionally, depending on the employment, they need have a diploma in one of the following fields from an accredited institution: Kenya Registered Community Health Nursing, Kenya Registered Nursing, Kenya Registered Midwifery, or Kenya Registered Nursing/Mental Health and Psychiatric.

Candidates must be adept in computer applications and possess a registration certificate from the Nursing Council of Kenya as well as a 2023 practicing license.

Candidates who meet the requirements should submit their applications, curriculum vitae, copies of certificates, testimonials, email addresses, and phone numbers for three referees, of whom two (2) must be from the candidate’s field of study, via https://portal.mtrh.go.ke/careers by Friday, September 1, 2023, at 5:00 p.m.
