How to Log in for TSC Online Payslip 2022/2023

Teachers, like all other public employees, are required to receive Payslips from the Teacher Service Commission (TSC) following payment, which include information about;

How much money was paid out tax deductions and additional expenses

Formerly, teachers had trouble accessing their payslips, but now that the TSC has unveiled a new login URL, it’s much easier for them to use these crucial services. Teachers can now access and examine their slips at any time thanks to improvements made to the T-PAY system.

Teachers to login into their  TSC T-PAY System they are advised to  click on this link https://tpay.tsc.go.ke.

In this category enter your TSC Number/ID Number and Password then click on login. Incase you forget the password you can reset.

Once you have login in successfully,In this case there are 4 pages;

• Home
• Personal Details
• Employment Details
• Update My Details.

Home page

Here now a teacher can access his/her username, TSC No. and ID Number. At the top left side, you quickly access;

1. Menu,
2. Latest Payslip
3. Latest P9
4.  My Transactions.

Menu

Once you click on Menu ,it shifts to a page where you allowed to perform some tasks;

• View Payslips (categorizing the year and months )
• View P9(s)
• Send Payslips
• Transactions ( include ; running or those that require(s) your approval)
• View document.

Latest Payslip

Upon clicking Latest payslip tab you can now access recent payslips . It gives access of your last 4 payslips  categorized as  MONTH ONE, MONTH TWO, MONTH THREE and MONTH FOUR.

Latest P9

In this tab you can only access your latest p9 form and print it. P9 form comprises essential information the is necessary upon filling KRA Tax Returns..

Personal Details

Upon clicking this tab a teacher can access his/her personal information. Below are the details you can see on this page;

Update My Details

In this page a registered teacher he/she can update the following details including;

• uploading of profile picture
• Phone number
• Email address.

For a teacher to update the profile picture he/she is expected to click on choose file to select a picture that is in  your device. Once the picture has been uploaded  click on save picture then the picture displays..

On updating your phone number and Email address, its required you  enter the verification codes that will be sent to your phone and email address.

Next step is entering the 6-digit verification code that will be sent to your phone number and email. In both cases validate the code by tapping on the Validate button.
