TSC Score Sheet For Post-Primary Positions Released
Over four hundred thousand people are employed by the Teachers Service Commission (TSC), the largest employer in the nation, in the field of education. The TSC has successfully maintained its position as a prominent employer in the country since its founding.
The TSC has released a statement today on the hiring of post-primary teachers on a permanent basis with pension benefits. Teachers who qualify are required to submit their applications online. The TSC will also shortly reveal how many spots each institution will receive.
Additionally, the commission has already provided teachers participating in the future recruitment process with a score guide. This handbook states that graduate teachers who have received First-class honours will be given five marks, those who have received Second-class honours will be given three marks, and those who have received a pass will be given two marks.
Additionally, see TSC Posts PnP Jobs for Elementary and Secondary Schools.
Teachers at the diploma level will receive five marks for distinctions, three for credits, and two for passes.
Another important consideration in any job initiative will be age. Teachers who are 50 years of age or over will receive 25 marks, those who are 47–49 will receive 15 marks, those who are 44–46 will receive ten marks, and those who are 43 years of age or younger will receive five marks.
The year of graduation will also be a crucial factor in this hiring procedure. 70 marks will be awarded to teachers who graduated in 2010 or earlier, but just 5 marks would be given to those who graduated in 2023.
