Download and register your TSC Payslip Using this Process
Kenya’s Teacher Service Commission (TSC) is governed independently by the Teacher Service Commission Act No. 20 of 2012. Teachers and secretariat staff have online access to their personal data and payslips thanks to the Online Payslip System.
Teachers can now quickly download their payslips online utilizing the T-Pay service, as opposed to the past requirement that they physically visit TSC county offices to do so. To use the system for online payslips:
- Go to the TSC website (www.tsc.go.ke) or https://payslip.tsc.go.ke/login.php to access the official TSC website.
- To begin the download procedure, choose the “Online Services” option and then choose “Online Payslips”.
- Type in your login information. By selecting “Forgot Password” and following the prompts, you can reset your password.
- Only accounts that have been registered and activated are able to use the TSC payslip downloading system.
By selecting “Registration or Activate Account” and completing the web form, new users can create an account. Be aware that giving fake information will cause your registration to be cancelled.

To sign up, you’ll need to have:
- The TSC number
the ID number
- Names
PIN KRA Tax
Code of designation
Name and birthdate
- Code for pay stations
- Cellular number
- Account number in a bank
- Private email account
- Secret password recovery question and answer
- For added security, confirm your password.
Log in with your username and password after registration. Paystubs and personal information are available to view on the dashboard on the TSC homepage. Navigate via the dashboard to access additional features or change your password. After use, don’t forget to log out.
