How to Download University of Nairobi (UoN) KUCCPS Admission and Letter 2023/2024
Students who were placed by KUCCPS at the University of Nairobi (UoN) can now get their admission letters via the university’s website.
The official University of Nairobi (UoN) Admission Letter is a document indicating that you have been offered provisional admission to any degree programme at a University.
It should be noted that the University of Nairobi does not send admission letters to students. They can be obtained at the university’s website.
The admission number or registration number will be checked first on the UON website. To be assigned a Registration No., you must input your Registration No. or Application Ref No. on the University students portal.
The following are simple sets on how to download an admission letter;
- Login to SMIS Students Portal (https://smis.uonbi.ac.ke/)
- You will be prompted to key in your registration number and your KCSE index no/ID number as your password.
- There you will be able to download your 2023/2024 university admission letters to University of Nairobi.

- Accommodation Declaration
- Medical Form
- Emergency operation consent
- Student Data sheet
- Application for Hostel Form
- Student Personal Details Form
