Online Inter-University Transfer Application for the KUCCPS in 2023. 2023 Inter-University Transfer Online Application Portal applications will be taken through the Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) (we’ll publish the dates later).

Candidates for the KCSE who were accepted by a number of colleges and universities during the cycle 2022–2023 but wish to transfer to different institutions (supported by the government) may submit an application.

Applications for inter-institutional transfers will start at a later date.

How to Ask for a Transfer to Another University

Take these actions:

Step 1: Visit http://student.kuccps.net to get started.

Step 2: Click the Transfers option in the top menu (follow the on-screen instructions after completing a payment).

Step 3: Select a program.

After selecting the program to which you want to transfer, enter the PROGRAMME CODE in the inter-institution transfer form. You won’t be able to advance to the next level if you don’t meet the cutoff and minimum requirements.

4th step: Transfer Motivation

Select the reason for the move (illness, disability, money, not my preferred program, or other).

After making your decision, include a supporting document in the attachment for any still-enrolled transfer students. You must provide your transcripts.

Then, in not fewer than 300 characters—or, if it exceeds 300, with a comment—explain the basis for the transfer application.

The following stage should automatically load if everything was done correctly. You won’t be able to proceed to the next stage if you don’t.
