The KUCCPS portal is now open for applicants in 2022 and 2023.
Candidates for the class of 2022–2023 can apply now through the KUCCPS portal. The CEO of KUCCPS, Dr. Agnes Wahome, confirmed today that the school is now officially open and that applicants for the classes of 2022–23 can easily log in and submit applications.

When students log in to the student site, they can apply for the courses they want to take, look up the minimum prerequisites, change their course choices, select their universities, and then download placement letters.

KUCCPS Chief Executive Officer Dr. Agnes Mercy Wahome announced the application deadline as February 22, 2023 in a statement.

The institutions in Kenya that have access to KUCCPS are;

• 204 TVET colleges including  the 17 colleges that are under various government departments,
• 3 secondary TTCs,
• 32 primary TTCs and
• 69 universities.

Minimum Qualifications For Applications To KUCCPS

The basic requirements for admission to degree programs are C+, C-, D (simple), D- (minus), and lower for craft certificates and artisan certifications.

Only Kenyan nationals are eligible for government-sponsored student placement, and both merit-based and affirmative action standards are followed.

Regardless of their KCSE test results, Dr. Wahome urged all qualified people to apply for placement.

Each candidate for the KCSE will have the chance to choose their favourite courses from the following list;

All applicants are urged to submit applications at each of the four levels. Therefore, individuals should only choose courses in which they genuinely have an interest. No field is required.
Calculation method for Cluster Points

Various institutions’ offerings of the same course required different cluster points. A candidate must have computed the cluster points before applying for a course or revision.
