KUCCPS Portal now accepts applications for KMTC courses.
The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) portal currently accepts applications from students who wish to enroll at the Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC).
Application for 30 KMTC programs at the diploma and certificate levels became available on the KUCCPS portal on Saturday.
The application, which has a deadline of August 4, 2023, is intended for anyone who passed the KCSE exam between 2013 and 2022.
According to KUCCPS Chief Executive Officer Dr. Agnes Mercy Wahome, “This is a milestone because KMTC and KUCCPS have a common objective to enhance access to quality higher education and training opportunities in a manner that is equitable to all Kenyans.”
Wahome continued by saying that offering the KMTC courses on the KUCCPS platform will provide equality, justice, and balanced access to the training options.
The KUCCPS system has a database of KCSE exam results for prospective applicants, which is a benefit of using it. As a result, applicants are no longer required to submit their test results.
Interested candidates can go to the KUCCPS Student Portal to examine the list of available programs at the 83 KMTC campuses across the nation, along with the minimal subject requirements.
With the addition of KMTC to the KUCCPS family, there are now 289 state training institutions and 30 private universities in Kenya where the Placement Service places students in degree, diploma, certificate, and artisan programs.
