Parental Shock as Government Announces New Third-Term School Fees
As a direct result of the rising costs of basic necessities like fuel and electricity, which are the main determinants of the pricing of all items, Kenyans continue to experience the effects of a high cost of living.
As a result, members of the opposition and representatives from various human rights organizations have come to the streets to protest the recent rise in living expenses in a peaceful manner.
The price of almost everything else is rising as a direct result of this, with elementary, secondary, and university tuition rates being the most recent example of this pattern.
Supporter of Azimio Gabriel Oguda updated his official X page in the morning post with details regarding the recent increases in school fees. The well-known social media influencer and journalist continued by sharing a pricing structure from an organization that he did not name in order to support his claim.

Given that the data predicts an increase of Ksh18,000, the government’s announcement regarding the new school pricing is devastating to both parents and students.
Due to the rising price of several necessities, there would be a sizable increase in the third term. The revised fee schedule is as follows:
