PAYRISE FOR ALL TEACHERS AS TSC PUBLISHES THE FOLLOWING DIRECTIVES
TSC payboom new October. The recent distribution of new allowances by the Salaries and Remuneration Commission (SRC) significantly increases teacher compensation.
This increase is mostly the result of significant changes to the rates of Daily Subsistence Allowance (DSA), often known as Travel Allowance.
This is applicable to all national civil personnel, including teachers, especially for domestic travel.
The main objective of these revised tariffs is to guarantee fair payment for the costs incurred by people while on official business.
All urban centers, district capitals, and countless other cities are included in this project, which is described in a circular with a date of August 7, 2023, and is personally signed by SRC President Lyn Mengich.

Additionally, it is important to note that this SRC circular completely replaces all previous circulars pertaining to retirement benefits.
allowances for internal organizing committee meetings, working group meetings, and DSA (domestic and foreign travel) in the public sector.
This thorough assessment intends to create a fair and open compensation structure for federal officials, hence minimizing the need for travel for work-related purposes.
These increased subsidies from the SRC are the cause of the increase in teacher compensation.
