Senior Master IV (Regular School), T-Scale 9 – 12,716 Positions, TSC Promotion Vacancy

According to Article 237, Section 1 of the US Constitution, the Teachers Service Commission functions as a constitutional commission.

TSC is happy to announce that the application procedure for the position of Senior Master IV (Regular School) with T-Scale 9 has begun.

Conditions for Selection

Candidates must fulfill the requirements listed below in order to be considered for this prestigious position:

i. Prior Experience as Secondary Teacher I (T-Scale 8): Candidates must have faithfully held the position of Secondary Teacher I under T-Scale 8 for at least two (2) years, proving their commitment to upholding high educational standards.

ii. Performance Evaluation Rating: Achieving an acceptable rating during the performance evaluation process is essential because it shows a strong commitment to successful teaching and learning outcomes.

iii. Adherence to Chapter Six Regulations: Candidates are required to abide by the rules outlined in Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution and to conduct themselves honestly and ethically at all times.

iv. Additional Requirements: Completing any additional requirements imposed by the Commission ensures that applicants are well-equipped to succeed in this important position.

Arid and Semi-Arid Lands (ASAL) and Hard-to-Staff Counties Receive Special Consideration Arid and Semi-Arid Lands (ASAL) and Hard-to-Staff Counties residents who have faithfully served in their current grade for at least two years have the chance to contribute their knowledge to influencing the educational landscape.

By September 8, 2023, applicants who meet the requirements must electronically submit their applications through the TSC site (www.teachersonline.go.ke).
