TSC Publicizes Job Openings For Chief Principal Deadline for Application
For the positions of Chief Principals for Teacher Training Colleges, the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) has published an advertisement.
The circular is as follows:
VACANCIES FOR CHIEF PRINCIPAL (TEACHER TRAINING COLLEGES)
According to Article 237 of the Constitution, the Teachers Service Commission was created as a constitutional commission. Establishing and deploying institutional administrators is one of its responsibilities.
In accordance with this directive, the Commission invites applications from instructors who meet the necessary qualifications for the positions listed below.
In order to be received on or by January 31, 2023, interested applicants who meet the requisite credentials may submit their applications online using the TSC portal at www.teachersonline.go.ke. Applications submitted manually will not be accepted.

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPOINTMENT
For appointment to this grade, a teacher must:-
- Have served as Senior Principal at T-Scale 14 for a minimum period of three (3) years;
- Have satisfactory rating in the performance appraisal and performance contracting process;
- Meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution; and
- Meet any other requirement deemed necessary by the Commission.
NOTE:
Before being appointed, interviewees who are chosen for the position must provide valid Chapter 6 documentation.
