Report on education reform is scheduled for release today – Machogu
Tuesday, President William Ruto will receive the anxiously awaited report from the Presidential Working Party on Education Reforms (PWPER).
CS instruction The remarks were made on Monday at the Kenya School of Government by Ezekiel Machogu as he presented the 2022 KCSE university placement results.
He asserted that the report made several suggestions for the educational system.
The CS also stated that the president will divulge the finer elements of the report, but she did not.
Tomorrow, the Presidential Working Party’s report will be made available to the public. There is a lot in that study that we can use as we implement improvements in the various areas of education,” Machogu continued.
Numerous suggestions have been made, and some of them—particularly the first, which called for housing our junior high school in the existing elementary schools—have already been implemented.
Additionally, we have some suggestions that will be made public tomorrow, particularly in relation to the number of running spaces at the CBC levels.
In a gazette notification dated September 30, 2022, with notice number 11920, Ruto named the members of the Presidential Working Party on Education Reform.
The team solicited feedback from members of the public and other stakeholders in the sector in order to develop its terms of reference for the reform of the Kenyan educational system.
PWPER has consistently been open to hearing from any and all interested parties, including both public and private organizations.
The PWPER was chaired by Dr. Raphael Munavu.
