The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) has promoted teachers after a rigorous and competitive screening procedure in which a number of variables were taken into account.

The highest salary will go to a total of 1,341 Deputy Principals I under T-Scale 13 (D3). They will receive a basic pay of Sh104,644 per month. Additionally, commuter allowances have been raised to Sh14,000 per month. They will also receive a monthly leave allowance of Sh10,000 in addition to this. The greatest monthly home allowance for these instructors would now be Sh50,000.
1,096 Deputy Principals II T-Scale 12 (D2) altogether. The monthly salary for these educators would be Sh91,041. Increases in the monthly House Allowance, Annual Leave Allowance, and Commuter Allowance will accompany this.
39 Senior Lecturers I T-Scale 12 (D2) instructors altogether.They will be paid Sh91,041 every month. Increased monthly house allowance (to Sh50,000), annual leave allowance (to Sh10,000), and commuter allowance (to Sh13,000) are also part of the promotions.
1,590 Deputy Principals III in total, at T-Scale 11 (D1).Their remuneration will range from Sh77,840 to Sh85,269 per month. With the promotion, the commuter allowance will increase to Sh12,000 per month. Additional House Allowance per month (up to Sh45,000) and Annual Leave Allowance (up to Sh10,000).
The total monthly salary for 209 Curriculum Support Officers under T-Scale 10 (C5) will range from Sh62,272 to Sh64,631. Along with the promotion, there will be an increase in the monthly commuter allowance (to Sh8,000), another increase in the annual leave allowance (to Sh6,000), and a monthly increase in the house allowance (to Sh35,000).
2,111 Head Teachers in total who are under 10 (C5). Their remuneration will range from Sh62,272 to Sh64,631 each month. With these advancements, it is anticipated that the commuter allowance will grow to Sh8,000 per month, the annual leave allowance will climb to Sh6,000, and the house allowance will increase to Sh35,000 per month.
7,030 Senior Masters IV T-Scale 9 (C4) in total. They will be paid Sh52,308 each month. With the promotion comes a rise in the monthly commuter allowance (to Sh8,000), an extra Sh6,000 in annual leave allowance, and a nearly Sh28,000 monthly house allowance.
1,765 Deputy Head Teachers II will share a monthly salary of Sh52,308 under T-Scale 9 (C4). The monthly commuter payment would increase to Sh8,000, the annual leave allowance to Sh6,000, and the monthly housing allowance to Sh28,000.
45 Senior Lecturers IV in total, at T-Scale 9 (C4). These will be paid Sh52,308 each month. This will be accompanied by increases in the monthly House Allowance (to Sh28,000), the Annual Leave Allowance (to Sh6,000), and the Commuter Allowance (to Sh8,000).
