Criteria for Selection

Teaching Experience Candidates must have at least three (3) years of experience as a Secondary School Teacher II under T-Scale 7. Your commitment to education is evident in this tenure, which also lays a strong foundation for your work as a secondary teacher.
Performance review: Receiving a favorable rating throughout the performance review process demonstrates your dedication and efficiency as a teacher. Your contribution to the education of pupils is significant, and a favorable evaluation highlights your expertise in the subject.
Additional Qualifications: The Commission favors instructors with a broad range of abilities who can bring them to the classroom. The Commission will take into account any additional standards it deems necessary in order to improve the general standard of education offered to students.

Candidates for this position must have served in Asal (Arid and Semi-Arid Lands) and Hard to Staff counties for at least two years while maintaining their current grade as proof of their dedication to the position.
